Brushed oiled or Matt lacquered engineered wood? Or UV oiled?

Hello! I'm struggling to decide wether to buy brushed oiled or Matt lacquered engineered wood flooring for my new home (it's a Victorian semi) and I'm planning to use it in every room except kitchen and bathroom. I LOOOOVE the oiled ones but I fear there will be to much maintenance to do? Can you please tell me how and how often does an oiled flooring need care? Can it be done by me or would I need a professional? Any idea of prices of this?

And also: I've been told there's a type of oiled - the UV Oiled Engineered Wood - that is really hard wearing and easy to maintain. Is this true in your experience?

Please share some thoughts with me!

PS: we are a family of three, no pets (but we have a toddler).

We went for lacquered. It's holding up pretty well.

We just got this in our entrance hall and it is beautiful:

Haven't got it wet yet, so can't comment on how hard wearing it is, but it looks like it's always been there.
