If you had a "spare" room that you could do anything with, what would it be?

I need some inspiration.
My house is slightly different, cellars were converted into kitchen, dining room, and living room so we spend all of our time down there.
On the entrance level of the house, there is another living room that we never use , a small room with toilet & shower, and the "non" room.
It's empty, I have no idea what to do with it, it's a large-ish room
I need some ideas!!

I would love to have a bath room. Not a room for washing, but simply a room for siaking. Roll top bath right in the middle with plenty of candles and books, velvet curtains and a flake machine.
Totally practical!

A sewing room, so I could shut the door and leave things out. We currently have a huge open plan area and a separate adult only lounge. In the big open plan bit is the kids lounge the dining area the kitchen and at the top of the L my sewing space. Because it's so visible I have to keep it neat.

We have a spare room which Dh has filled with junk.

He's been asked to clear it so dd can use it as an art studio. I might put a comfy chair in and escape in there when she isn't using it.

We have friends to stay for a few months at at time - who are between homes etc

I put the votes to DH last night and he really likes the idea of a library room, with a big squishy comfy sofa.

The chimney breast has been covered over but I'm hoping we can maybe put a log burner in there

We also have this set up.

Our spare room is a bike room as we have 9 bikes between us! We wanted a house with a garage but couldn't find one so this is kind of like our indoor garage/junk room.

It works quite well as it means all the stuff is out of the main house and we just wang it in there.

Library, sewing room, no TV, just music.
