I absolutely love it!

I wouldn't be able to relax in that house. The red would make me murderous.

Starlight234 · 01/10/2016 16:55

The rooms look huge even with the awful decor..

With a lot of of superficial decor it could be a stunning house.

Fintress · 01/10/2016 16:56

The clutter makes me twitch. It could be a beautiful house if someone with taste bought it.

NeedATrim · 01/10/2016 16:57

It's the house of high end stoners! I can't help but like it.

CauliflowerSqueeze · 01/10/2016 16:57

Agree with pura look at the layout.

AngryAnnie · 01/10/2016 16:59

I think Winnie the Witch and Wilbur might live there. Quite like it though.

TurquoiseDress · 01/10/2016 17:00

Wow what a place!

Actually, crazy decor & details aside, there seems to be a huge amount of sq metres for the price

TurquoiseDress · 01/10/2016 17:01

Just seen it's share of freehold.

As it's a maisonette, was wondering how much ground rent & service charge would be!

Hassled · 01/10/2016 17:02

I love it. I love the clutter and I especially love the high ceilings. It's certainly not bland.

JammyDodger16 · 01/10/2016 17:04

I love it but it's a flat, thought it was the whole house.

HelenaJustina · 01/10/2016 17:04

Amazing! I couldn't live there but do admire the balls vision of people who do things like that! Seems a good price, wonder if there is a catch?!

I'd swap the layout around as well

Lunaballoon · 01/10/2016 17:04

Once you get past the decor, it looks great. Love the balcony overlooking the garden.

Emmageddon · 01/10/2016 17:04

That's suspiciously cheap for the area. Hmmm.

I actually love the decor, I like quirky homes. I hate bland magnolia walls and beige carpets. My house looks like an explosion in a paint factory, but it's how I like it, and I'm not trying to sell it. If I was to put it on the market, I probably would invest in a ton of magnolia paint before the photographers came round.

Branleuse · 01/10/2016 17:05

If ever there was a house to take acid in

AnyTheWiser · 01/10/2016 17:08

Gosh, the rooms seem enormous!
That loo alcove is very special Grin
You're right though, it makes a nice change from the usual anodyne beige.

GinAndOnIt · 01/10/2016 17:08

Some of the decor is lovely, but for a grand old mansion, not a bloody maisonette in SE London Confused

flumpybear · 01/10/2016 17:08

Very Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen!

Brontebiscuits · 01/10/2016 17:09
Shock Is it David Dickinson's house?!
CatNip2 · 01/10/2016 17:09

It has potential sure, but the decor would take years to sort out. I can almost see the dust from here, 200 miles away.

sofato5miles · 01/10/2016 17:09

Fantastic flat! Love the decor, utterly crazy and bold. Reasonly priced for what it is too.

MatildaTheCat · 01/10/2016 17:09

An expensive flat.

GinAndOnIt · 01/10/2016 17:10

Just spotted the alcove loo. Love it. I'd paint the kitchen cabinets navy blue though.

VanellopeVonSchweetz99 · 01/10/2016 17:11

Lovely potential, wouldn't take much to make it totally dreamy.

TurquoiseDress · 01/10/2016 17:14

Trust me, there are many many bland shoebox type flats for sale in SE that are on for over half a million...feel like I've seen most of them!

This one at least has more rooms and way more floorspace!

Lynnm63 · 01/10/2016 17:15

I thought that's not bad for a detached house in London then read that it was a flat. The decor makes 'changing rooms' look positively conservative!
