Could you imagine if you rented one of the rooms and then saw that was another tenant's room? I'm not surprised it's not fully occupied.

I hadn't seen it either. That room is very disturbing - even if I had 1.2m and wanted to live in Leytonstone I don't think I'd ever feel comfortable there. And some of the brown patterned carpet is identical to what I grew up with in the 70s.
