Our cat has ruined our living room carpet (despite being litter tray trained she wees on it and it stinks)

We're renovating downs stairs this summer and need to decide on flooring! Any suggestions pretty please?

Tiles and a nice loose carpet which can be cleaned.

LVT - Amtico, Karndean, Polyflor, etc - warm underfoot and not as noisy as tiles, plus easy to maintain. Can you shut the door to the room or is it open plan? We have carpet so no point posting a photo.

We have sisal type carpet at the moment and it is appalling, even water stains it! This stuff is fab, it looks like a natural carpet but you can do anything to it-even clean it with bleach!
