When listing my flat to sell can I put photos of how it used to look in addition to how it now looks?

Due to practicalities, dd and ds will be moving into the master bedroom of our flat and us into what is currently dds room (the only other bedroom).

The master bedroom is massive and will then become a bedroom and playroom, getting all their toys out of the lounge.

It makes an amazing master bedroom and Im worried that doing the above will eventually (will need to sell in a few years) mean when we list it to sell it wont look as wow.

Would we be able to include photos of it in its present state, but also include photos we have of it now as a Master? Anyone who buys it will.more than likely use it as a master or a Lounge (what we did pre kids).

Just explain the situation in the description on the photo. You could say something like "master bedroom used as adult bedroom' and then explain that you have changed it to be used by children in the same way.

If and when you decide to sell, rearrange the furniture for the photos and the open day. Or, for the duration of the sale (providing your children are still small enough) buy another double bed and put it in the larger bedroom for them to sleep in while it sells.
