Approx cost to open up exterior wall to install bi-folding doors?

Hoping someone can help give me an idea of costs involved. We are in a London Victorian brick built terrace. We would like to open up the rear exterior wall of the kitchen to install bi-folding doors which would approximately make the new opening 3100 X 2280. There is currently a single back door and window. In the past previous occupants have bricked up a door which would have led to a outside access toilet.

We know approximately what the doors will cost but are clueless as to the building cost and process. Any help gratefully appreciated.

Probably at least a couple of grand on top of the cost of the doors?

You need to factor in the labour cost, building regs and structural calls.

calcs

Thanks BennyTheBall, that gives me a ballpark figure. Do you start with a structural engineer or a builder?

I'd go for structural engineer as they will identify any issues, such as the size of the brickwork returns which can be an issue if they will be small.

Okay will do, thanks again for the info.
