Is it me or is the shower at the end of the bed in this flat?

Tiny wee studio flat in London.
I'm sure that it's a shower cubicle squeezed in at the end of the bed there.

Looking at the floor plan the terrace is the same shape as the main floor so I guess roof is up there.

Bloody hell! We've just bought a 3-bedroom house for a similar amount to those studio flats (when did they stop being bedsits?). We're only just outside London too.

Really is shocking how little your money will get you inside the M25, never mind central London.

And I don't get the last one that Pipbin linked to. I'd say that was a one bedroom, not a studio.

Sorry, but that first one looks like a garden shed that the local pervert has prepared to house his next kidnap victim. Shudder. Surely it shouldn't be legal to advertise this as a residential property?
