Southbourne - what is this area like to live in ? Best streets? Areas to avoid?

Any opinions or experience of this area - dont need schools.....

I won't be much help I'm afraid but lived in Hengistbury Road a few years ago and have nothing but good things to say about it! Thought it was a lovely area. Just wanted to thank you for bringing back some lovely memories, hope someone who knows how the area is now can come along soon.

One of those websites where they give you the crime/employment stats for the postcode might help?
