Can Ikea or Howdens kitchens take the weight of a concrete worktop?

Just that really. I like the handleless kitchen units from both suppliers but not sure if the cupboards are strong enough for a concrete worktop?

Is concrete any heavier than granite?

Our worktops rest on bars screwed into the walls to take some of the strain
