I'm looking for some advice on how or who to complain to about dreadful service we have ( not) received from Sharps Bedrooms. After ordering bedrooms for my two boys in July and paying over £5000 in August they have today failed to turn up yet again. They seem to have the unluckiest fitters in the country as their relatives are continually passing away over the weekend!
I keep getting fobbed off by customer service, but what can I do? I have a room full of half made furniture and empty boxes and a son who has been sleeping on my floor for six weeks!
Anyone else considering them, Don't do it.
