What were they thinking? Both the estate agent and the home owner. Seriously.

I don't see a woman in the bedroom. There's a coat stand like a woman.

DiaDuit · 31/08/2014 11:59

The woman in the bedroom looks like a statue of the virgin mary!

NerfHerder · 31/08/2014 12:01

Shock Wow! Just wow!

Lifesalemon · 31/08/2014 12:08

Wonder if they've had many viewings.

CookieDoughKid · 31/08/2014 12:12

Someone should write to the Estate Agent... I mean, it's really unprofessional to even advertise at that price!!

FamiliesShareGerms · 31/08/2014 12:14

Brilliant Smile

wingcommandergallic · 31/08/2014 12:16

What's wrong with the price?

Sure it needs some work but I'm guessing it's a typical price for a 1 bed-roomed property in that area. I know it around here.

catkind · 31/08/2014 12:21

Phew, it wasn't our house.
Bet it sells. It looks quite fun ignoring the condition. Much more interesting than an identikit 1 bed flat.
But lol at the pig!

Crumbelina · 31/08/2014 12:22

That's brilliant - fab spot OP! They must have really struggled for positive estate agent terms. 'Smooth ceilings' oooh!

youbethemummylion · 31/08/2014 12:26

If that's the right price Ipswich must be really expensive. You can get a lovely big 3 bed terrace here in the North East for that and have money left over!

Mintyy · 31/08/2014 12:33

I really love that house! I have dreams of living in a tiny quirky place like that, on my own

catkind · 31/08/2014 12:35

Big news, property prices in the south east are nuts. I don't know about Ipswich in particular, but it's commutable to London so the price doesn't shock me.

MarkWrightsLonelyBraincell · 31/08/2014 12:36

That is brilliant. I bet the pig was sold as a teacup piggy and kept growing bigger and bigger... Hence the need to move to a larger property.

I keep going back to it to laugh.

Kitsmummy · 31/08/2014 12:37

And isn't that a rabbit in the right hand kitchen cupboard?

MarkWrightsLonelyBraincell · 31/08/2014 12:38

Don't know, but there's a tabby cat on the cooker.

Lagoonablue · 31/08/2014 12:40

Bloody hell! You would think the agent would advise.

Pipbin · 31/08/2014 12:51

It is expensive for here really considering we sold our two bed terrace for £100k about 18 months ago.
I didn't notice the woman in the bedroom.

OP posts:
Pipbin · 31/08/2014 12:57

I think the woman in the bedroom is indeed a statue and the rabbit in the kitchen is a pile of junk.

I want to know why there is no picture of either bathroom.

OP posts:
fairgame · 31/08/2014 13:00

pipbin i wondered why no pic of the bathroom.
In the details it sounds like the best room in the er house?

Pipbin · 31/08/2014 13:04

Exactly, with a shower and a towel rail!

If it was done up then it could be a lovely artist studio or something like that.

OP posts:
Showy · 31/08/2014 13:19

I've stared and stared. What pig?

fairgame · 31/08/2014 13:21

its been removed! They've taken off the picture of the pig!!

There was a pig laying on the living room floor. A real life big porker that would expect to see on a farm.

Mintyy · 31/08/2014 13:21

Waaaaaah! They've removed that picture Sad.

Kimaroo · 31/08/2014 13:22
