Help needed!!! DH and I are viewing a property on Singlewell road Gravesend tomorrow but we have absolutely no clue about the area. What's it like? Good and bad, all help and info will be greatly received and much appreciated

Hi, I know several people who live in Gravesend. The Singlewell Road area is nice and on the outskirts of town. It is a commuter town so would not recommend the areas closer to the station except Windmill Hill.

My friends are happy here as are their dc at the schools.

If you would like more of a village feel, Meopham, Longfield or Higham may be more suitable - depending on your budget.

Some of gravesend is nice, not sure where the road is you said. Have you looked at Thong? It's really nice there and just otherside if Gravesend.
