Hello, can anyone recommend a good conveyencing solicitor in london boroughs of Greenwich / Bexley / Lewisham?

Estate agent has informed me that they are all 'useless' and won't recommend one to me! I'm clueless about this area of law so if you can please advise. Thanks!

I will use Beverley Morris for a sale and give a review when it's completed. So far main contact is away so will see how they handle the case, not a good start. Haven't asked for discount so will see they will include it when I mention referral from mumsnet. There are cheaper firms but I'm hoping Beverley Morris will have quicker and good service as they are in Blackheath properties.

Does anyone know how long it takes to go through a sales?

Hi californiaburrito on your recommendation and someone else's I am trying to track down Ian Smith as he is no longer at Meaby & Co. Do you have any contact info for him? Thanks!

We have used Dodd Lewis before (think our conveyancer was called Jennifer - she has amazing hair!). She really held our hands through a difficult purchase due to a stubborn vendor and we met with her several times. Having a local solicitor is beneficial as you can drop paperwork in straight away etc.
