Anyone else just gone on the market?

We have and I am feeling very nervous about it!

Had 4 viewings so far, not had any feedback yet. I think our house is lovely and it is in a very favourable position. Hope someone else agrees!

Wondered if anyone in the same position fancied nail biting with me?

Ooh, never thought of that. We were anxious to make sure it was tidy as we have 3 under 5! Shall I get all the photos redone?

As its been on since Christmas, it cant hurt, but honestly id start a thread on here. Get a list of suggestions together and then sort out new photos.

Its definetly tidy!! And a great price too, from what I can tell, so I think it just needs to look a bit more inviting.

Id photograph all bedrooms too not just yours, as my thought would be "maybe they are boxrooms and dont want me to see"

Does it have a shower?

They took pictures of the bedrooms but didn't put them on for some reason. There is a shower in the en suite.

Kay, there aren't enough photos, around here no photos of a room =it's a dive, so I wouldn't see your house because there are no pics of the other 2 bedrooms, or the en suite (where the window is in the bathroom, it makes installing a shower look tricky, which would put my shower loving dh off & the small amount of photos means a lazy sod like him wouldn't bother reading the info)!
your living room looks a bit oddly shaped with the sofas facing each other and not the tv, like you don't have room to fit a sofa facing the tv, can things be jiggled about in there?
Garden looks nice, v.low mantince, which isn't my tastevin should suit most people.
Is that your master bedroom?
A picture of the dining area, it looks like you have no room for a table!
There's no floor plan, which makes it hard to visualise the space.

There's another listing on the same development as yours, for 10k more, that looks really inviting, lots of pics & looks loved. I think you might've over decluttered a little
