I reckon it's a couple in their late 60s or early 70s and they LOVE it.

I bet the estate agent said, don't bother tidying up as the market is so mad at the moment, anything will sell!

Last time we bought, the market was like this and we were shown 2 houses much like this where the old people lived in about half the house and hoarded in the other half so we could only see half the rooms. The estate agent wasn't bothered that at all and basically said if we didn't buy it, somebody would.

Believe me there are loads of houses out there like this at the moment. We went to see one that was so de cluttered it was unbelievable, however the de cluttering had revealed the dirt and cobwebs lol. We still bought it though
