Why hasn't this house sold in Kent?

Any thoughts on why this has not sold? It is one of the most expensive 3 bed houses in Ramsgate.

But it is reasonably priced for its location in the best part of Ramsgate. Other detatched houses on that street and in that area (westcliff) selll/sold for much higher.
Are people just not buying by the seaside or is there something that would put you off?

Its a lovely house an i don't actually like modern red-brick houses but i really like yours. I have to say, i think its the area though. Im trying to picture where in ramsgate it is. I wouldn't want to live in ramsgate though (sorry) it is meant to be an up and coming area, but then so is margate Hmm

I wonder if the inside doesn't match the outside - i personally quite like that but to me, on the outside it looks like an older persons house and on the inside its very contemporary - I do love it though and if i could afford it, id be looking at it - its a good price.

I think you should loose the red in the living room though - its not very relaxing, and get shot of that wall paper in the conservatory, it looks like bedroom paper. Thats all i would change, everything is is lush and im actually Envy

Why why would you not put a floor plan up on a house that has clearly had several extensions??

Before I realised it was your own house, I was going to ask if it was being sold empty - doesn't look as if anyone lives there! Apart from the child's bedroom, there are no possessions visible anywhere. How do people live like this, clutter-free?

There seems to be an awful lot of empty floor downstairs. Makes me wonder if it's echoey and cold. And there's not much furniture- I know that should be irrelevant as new owners would bring their own but it contributes to the chilly sparse feeling I think.
I'm afraid the blue tiling in the bathroom would have to go, for me, along with the upstairs strong-coloured carpets. More expense, along with carpeting some of downstairs, or at least buying large rugs.
The garden is too empty, particularly the front. Again, I'd be thinking how much I'd have to spend on that, not for re-landscaping, but just softening it all.
Just my opinion!

Again, probably not relevant as you'd be taking it with you, but the kitchen table looks like a picnic table and chairs. But then I am trying to view the pics on my phone

No idea, I love it - I wouldn't even need to redecorate :)

I love the interior. The frontage looks a bit pensioner but its the architecture of the house, not much that can be down about that.

The incongruous muddle eastern dictator style triumphal arch in the back garden is novel. That would have to go.

Ooh shit. It's your house. Sorry.

I know nothing of Ramsgate but for what it is worth I think it is a lovely house.
The only suggestion I have is the famous "kerb appeal" Having some colour and interest at the front would make it seem more welcoming.

It's nice, but just not my taste I think.

Some of the photos look a bit odd, like in the kitchen and the conservatory(?) The furniture looks tiny. Assume this is the cameras? Which makes the rooms look empty and a bit hard. Maybe some rugs?

I don't really mind the paint scheme, but I guess it will put some people off.

Missed the middle page!

Curb appeal, trees in tubs look lovely.

For me, the contrast between how the house appears on the outside, and the decor on the inside, is off-putting. It seems a bit footballers'-wives on the inside.

Other things - I cannot bear laminate flooring, so the living room floor is off-putting. The loud carpets are a bit too much and the garden has barely any shrubs or trees.

Sorry.

The kitchen doesn't look like it has much workspace, maybe the photos could be better? Other than that it looks a lovely house.
