we are looking at houses in both of these areas at the moment - would really like some feedback (good or bad!) to help us make some decisions

thanks :)

Hi . I am thinking of moving to Great Denham in Bedford as myself and daughter work close by , but it seems a very vast overbuilt area with not a lot to do . Also next to Queen's Park which seems really rough . Obviously this only my perception and I could be completely wrong . Can anyone tell me what it's really like in Great Denham please ?

Great Denham and Bromham are nice but yes parts of Biddenham do border Queens Park which is 75% rough.

Biddenham and Great denham are nice with great lower school, good secondary which takes children from all over Bedford including Queens Park. Its actually a good mix at the school. A lot though do privately educate.

Houses can seem expensive in this area but you have some nice walks locally, village pubs and village atmosphere but near to supermarkets.

Traffic though is a nightmare with all the new house building on Bromham Rd. I love the houses here but I couldn't put up with the traffic.

Also the fact it is next to Queens Park mean nothing as the road doesn't lead you through Queens Park. You never have to go to Queens Park if you don't want to.
