I was hoping to introduce myself, and our new site OpenRent, to mumsnet members to critique. We only launched recently, but having seen many of the other landlord related discussions over the past few months, we feel our new service would be of interest to many of you.
We're cheaper (Only £20 all in), offer more (referencing & digital contracts), and list our properties onto Rightmove, unlike the listing tool services out there. We're aiming for technology to remove some of the costs involved with traditional estate agencies, as well as to create our own rental community with feedback on landlords and tenants alike.
We would absolutely love any feedback from landlords / prospective landlords / tenants on the forum, we're listening and want to make your lives easier!
