No heating upstairs? Are we mad!

we are building a new house and have installed underfloor heating downstairs and in the bathrooms upstairs...bedrooms are plumbed for radiators but we decided not to install any...are we mad?

I came across these the other day - they'd be too expensive for me to retro-fit in my 1920s house, but in a new-build, with plumbing in place - these would solve all your problems - central heating with no radiators! (if I've read the website rightly):
