How can I find out about older houses that have been taken as part ex for a new one?

Hope that makes sense! I wondered about the houses the new developer buys as a part ex against a new one. How do they sell them on? Can I see them online - have looked at a few new developers sites and not seen one yet, obviously they want to sell their new ones.

Not in the market for a new house but wondered if a bargain might be had in one of these?

As far as I am aware the developers sell them using a local estate agent as " no further chain "
I don't think you would get a bargain and don't think you will necessarily know it was a part exchange.

Hi EttiKetti I've just sent you a PM on this.

Thanks both :) I realised afterwards bargains must be rare! People I work with have got bargains but not sure how really.....maybe time frames are such that houses were cheaper in our area at the time.

the developer we bought our new house from (Kendrick Homes) put theirs on their website plus use local agents to sell
