- American-style fridge freezer, brushed steel, water/ice dispenser plumbed in to mains supply, approx 5yrs old, £1500 when new. Not fitted into kitchen as such, but has cupboards built all around IYSWIM!
- Curtains & roman blinds - all made-to-measure and fitted by John Lewis, all with blackout linings, approx 2 yrs old, cost £2k in total (Christ, can't believe I spent so much on the curtains and blinds for 2 bedrooms
)
- Chandelier 6-bulb light fitting from Next, approx 4 yrs old, £150 when new
- Wooden venetian blinds, 2" deep slats, made & fitted by John Lewis, approx 4 yrs old, £1k in total when new
I am happy to take all of the above with me to the new house, even if we can't use it (I can either sell on ebay or re-use some of fabric). We accepted a really low offer from our buyers in the end, so really begrudge leaving such expensive and high quality fittings behind for free. I want to give them the opportunity to buy it if they want, but want to know what sort of price do you think is reasonable to charge?
