Do you know where they park the car whilst you are away. Is it a secure compound? Where do they keep your keys? I can't find any details on the website, so do they provide these details when you book?

I am interested in booking, and usually use securapark and know where they park my car, but with this code it makes the price a lot cheaper....

FAB, just booked for August holiday. I had booked at BAA valet (£160) but will try these as I saved nearly a £100 with promo! Don't mind if I had to wait a few minutes longer.... They keep the car in a secure compound.

They keep the car in a secure compound which is covered by CCTV. Not sure about keys but think they must have an office very nearby because at Manchester they aim to be with you within 10 minutes of you calling to let them know you're back. They also offer other services so they'll clean your car or have it MOT'd and serviced while you're away.

Thanks for this. I am not going on holiday but my aunt is and she is in a wheelchair so the meet and greet service will be great for her rather than airport parking and having to make her way from a car park to the airport etc.... Saved them £45 so thank you very much.
