I'm pretty anal about these and often go for offers to get extra points, eg opening a tesco savings account to get 1000 extra points, buying certain dvd's & cd's from tesco for 500 extra points, subscribing to dvd rental etc. I ALWAYS make a note on calendar or in diary of the offer and when the points are due to be added to the statement. They are frequently not added. My feb statement had the extra points from dvds but not the savings ones. When i rang, they said they'd get back to me, they rang the following day and basically said 'oops sorry, yes they'll be on your May statement'. Be warned, this has happened to me at least 3 times now!!
