Amazon - items arrived faulty, replacement faulty, surely I shouldnt have to pay for return postage???

Im really fuming items arrived the other day faulty, was told a replacement would be sent, arrived today also faulty.

They sent me a link to print off a returns label and its says I have to pay for postage.

Is this correct?

My returns were free via DHL?

I think it is correct - they refund the postage when it arrives with them (I had to do this last week!). They were very efficient in refunding the postage.

Yes you get it refunded by them, they are usually very efficient. Sometimes they use DHL depending on item so then it is no charge initially.

I rang them and they sent a courier the next day to collect! Just asked and it was no problem.
