To me it means that they are strings attached : you do not just get 3 copies for £1, you are getting 3 copies for £1 if you accept to pay £13.95 via direct debit for the next 6 copies. If you already like this magazine I suppose it is a nice offer, if you are just curious, mhmmm, I am not sure.
