How do I get a NEXT VIP slot?

Could someone please explain to me how I go about getting a NEXT VIP slot, where do I check on my account to see if I've got one? Am heavily pregnant, so being able to do a sale shop from home would just be fantastic!!!!

You will be sent an email telling you if you have one. When you log in to your account it will come up with available time slots for you to choose. You don't automatically get one though so fingers crossed!
