the cs lady wasnt that helpfull think she just wanted me of the phone, think if i had a slot she would have told me, will keep checking thou but looks like im gunna have to go in store boxing day

I logged in to my account but it won't let me book a slot, saysonly open to certain amount of cutomers.

I got an email about 4.30 & slot for between 19.00 and 23.59. The slots are longer this year. Good luck everyone.

i think we are all in the first bookings which gives us a sporting chance of actually having some stock left to buy. even the vip slots can end up with just the last few bits. So get in as soon as your slot opens if there is anything in particular you set your heart on.

I have had a browse and seen two gorgeous pair of shoes... both in my size 5.5. Fingers crossed. My slot also begins at 7.00pm.

Yep, I also got the slot 7-12pm. They must be doing it differently this year with the longer time slots rather than just the hour ones.
