Problems with Mumsnet GLTC code

Anyone else having problems withe the GLTC 10% discount code? Just trying ti buy Christmas presents and the Mumsnet 10% code isn't working...

Alternatively, anyone got another code for GLTC?

I've had this before. So I phoned them up, and they said "no, you're right, it's not working" and I asked if I could order over the phone, and they said I could, but with no discount. That had to be done over the internet. But the internet code isn't working. No, it's not.

I left it.

I've also had this & called GLTC up. They told me that the discount code doesn't apply to all items

or any items perhaps! oh well, i'll try and find somewhere else to buy it from.

I think they try it on TBH. I ordered some items in their 20% off sale. Their website calculated the discount incorrectly. I rang them and after several, very confusing conversations, they admitted the mistake and refunded me the discount. I reckon they imagined that many people wouldn't notice.
