OK Jenny, when you are on topcashback* you search for the webste that you are planning on buying things off, and click on them, and on the topcashback site) it says something like "£5 cashback on first order" or "5% cashback on all online orders" or "12% for books, 3% for DVDs" etc. So that's how much you expect to ge.

Then within 7 days ish it appears in your account (go to earnings and it'll be under pending), and after a few more weeks you can claim it. The site says they'll try their best to get you what it says, but you shouldn't rely on it, so you shouldn't buy anything that you wouldn't have bought anyway.

Um, I think that's it. Once you have cashback available to claim you go to paymens and tell them your bank details and they give it to you.
