Help where do I put my delivery code in for book people??

I was kindly given one my a mumsnetter last week (PDNOV) but have got almost to the end of my transaction and haven't had the chance to enter it yet. CAn anyone help me work out where I put it pls??

I just used 201A1B if the other code doesn't work.
