White company Discount code - help

I've just been trying to apply the discount code but I can't see where I put it in. The checkout page is showing the standard 10% off but there's nowhere to change it to either the 15%/20%/free delivery.

clear your cookies and try again. You put the code when you see your basket. Hope it helps.

Thanks! Just spent ages trying find my cookies. I found and cleared them, typed in a code but realised it hadn't taken off p&p so tried to clear again so I could put in a different code but it's gone back to the original 10% discount and I can't get rid of it again!! Will try again in the morning I think.
