Last month I sent an email to sky asking them how I could cancel as I cannot afford sky plus and keep missing all the good programmes etc.
Anyway, coupla days later v. nice sky chap calls up about the email. I state my points again, figure I could cancel and come back in a year as a shiny brand new customer and get some free stuff. After a bit of banter he offers me a free sky plus box, I had to pay £30 set up!
Just mentioning so if anyone wants an upgrade, now might be a good time.
