I've just placed an order and didn't see anywhere to put this code in. Next thing I know my order is confirmed and is being delivered tomorrow, but I haven't made payment.

Rang the helpline and unhelpful woman said an account will be opened and she can't refund the delivery using the code I have as its too late, I can use it next time! I have been really thick but is there anyway I can get this delivery charge back do you think? Also why can't you just pay using your debit card do you have to open an account with them? Thanks.
