Happened to me at Christmas and last summer.

hmmm, my slot was for 6.30 but when i logged in at 6.10 i could start shopping, got everything i wanted with no site probs.

Bet it is all rubbish!

I have just spent 40 mins doing quickshop went tp checkout and bag was empty, rang enquiries and they took my order over the phine at sale prices, but couldn't use free postage code.

I logged in but it wouldnt actually let me shop for almost 10 minutes which was very frustrating.
Saying that I managed to get the big things I wanted for a change instead of buying crap like normal.

Next have just emailed me another slot for Friday due to the problems on the website

Its worth complaining. I orderedsome kids gear a few years ago and only half arrived so I was missing sets and stuff. They said I could have 50% of next order max order £200 so I got the Amy bed and dressing table for £100

I cant view sale stuff yet and have not had a vip this time

I woke up to find an email saying I could book another slot so have done for this evening.

Spent 2 hours putting over £600 of stuff in my basket.
