Asda Delivery code? Or Sainsburys?

Anyone know of any codes for free delivery? Have only done on-line food shopping once, but absolutely loved the convenience! Need a free delivery code, tho.

How did you get it e-mailed to you? From Asda, or is there a site that sends you prom codes? I had a quick look at supermarket.co.uk - is that the one?

if you spend more than a certain amount with Sainsbo's it's free anyway.

Obviously not worth doing if you are buying rubbish for the sake of it, but worth it if you are stocking up on essentials for the store cupboard.
