Have you ever used them Clement? Are they any good?

Clement · 05/04/2009 19:39

i have indeed. they are delicious and beautifully (eco-tastically) packaged. The website lets you indicate what you like/don't like etc but the surprise element is exciting. in my first box i had fresh pineapple, dried blackcurrants and japanese rice crackers. yum.

Thanks have just ordered this, the code gave me first box free and second half price. Will report back when they arrive.

bodiddly · 08/04/2009 11:42

thank you .. have just ordered mine for work next week - that is Tuesday and Thursday sorted for £1.49!

cherrybunny · 09/04/2009 12:15

i just had one delivered- fresh cut pink grapefruit, whole almonds and goji berriy salad with walnuts and pumpkin seeds- yum yum

Lovemyshoes · 09/04/2009 14:46

I've just ordered them. Must say though, I'm gonna feel an idiot it being delivered at work

VinEGGarTits · 09/04/2009 14:49

When does the promotion run out?

I am on holiday next week but thinking of ordering for the week after?

Clement · 09/04/2009 18:40

the packaging is very discrete and tasteful! noone need know what is being delivered to you. they don't specify when the discount will end. i guess they are running it until they get enough people signed up? today i had my second box. really nice chili cashews, apple strudel dried fruit and orange/grapefruit. the problem is not eating it all at once.

I've changed the delivery to be delivered for home, mainly because where I work it is difficult to find and knowing our mail dept I won't get it until later afternoon.

Clements would you say it is worth 2.99?

pollywobbledoodle · 10/04/2009 14:26

oh no, no, no! discrete packaging usually means sex aides

sound nice snacks tho'

Clement · 10/04/2009 22:30

Lovemyshoes, i am quite a thrifty shopper, eg would never buy a prepared pomegranate if there's one i can do myself. So from that point of view, i cringe slightly at the concept. However. To buy the prepared components separately at waitrose (albeit in slightly larger packets) would cost £3. I just checked on their website .

It's the sort of thing I'd buy regularly if i was working full time in a well paid job and was accustomed treats. But as i'm not, I'll use up my £1 off vouchers that they sent me and after that i'll probably stop.

Also have the following code - 1st box free and 2nd box half-price:

9ZK4CXQ

and this is 1st box for £1 = PKK5FHRB.

(Obviously the first one is better!)

giddybiddy · 14/05/2009 19:19

Hi, I got these boxes too and they are great, but want to cancel now and can't see how to do it on the website! Anyone cancelled successfully? I can see how to cancel weekly but want to stop the account altogether - am I doomed to be forever grazing???

giddybiddy · 15/05/2009 13:36

Panic over - I have worked it out!!!

NeedCoffee · 16/05/2009 12:38

it was really easy to edit, you put all your preferences in after you give your card details, you say whether you like, hate or will try every single thing, and it doesn't take payment till the day it is sent out

DH gets these boxes a couple of times a week and says they are good.

SammyK · 20/05/2009 09:42

Just coming back to thank OP for this, I got my two boxes which were really nice, then cancelled easily. A nice treat (bargain) but can't afford a regular subscription. If I could I would be signing up though.

clairsl · 26/05/2009 19:57

bump

The following code still works - 1st box free and 2nd box half-price:

9ZK4CXQ

Bumperlicioso · 26/05/2009 21:59

yappybluedog · 27/05/2009 12:19
