Is it my imagination or are TESCO being really stingy with the clubcard points offers!!??

A year or two ago it was realy easy to accrue extra points, I used to get the odd voucher through the post for 1000 extra points for doing an online shop or 250 points sent though when the statements come through,and there seeemed to be lots of little ways (insurance etc)to boost your points.

Just wondering really, and if anyone knows of any good strategies for collecting extra points please share!.

I agree, it's so hard now. I usually look on moneysavingexpert, in the forums they have a Tesco codes thread but TBH I can hardly ever get them to work.

We rarely shop in Tesco but we use a Tesco visa. We put large buys on there (about to pay a massive service charge bill on it). We pay it off right away, but it accrues us lots of points.

Same here I pay for EVERYTHING possible on my credit card to gain the points but always pay off in full.

I've just used this code which I found on the Tesco thread and it worked. Also able to use in conjunction with money off coupons!

We have our Eon electicity bill tagged to ours so all our electricity gains us points as well.

What are the conditions to get the 750 extra points, i.e. is there a minimum spend?

I seem to have been collecting them on and off for years in the hope of putting them towards a holiday but have finally cashed them in for ..... tickets for Thomas Land (Drayton Manor) and Diggerland Not quite the fortnight in France I was hoping for
