Its easy. You get a booklet with the vouchers, you choose what you would like. Go on the clubcard website, enter the codes from your vouchers and they send "tokens" to you. You can overspend if you don't have vouchers to the exact amount and they will credit you back on to your account with "change" which you then receive in your next statement.

LightShinesInTheDarkness · 21/02/2009 22:56

Go here which explains how you send off your vouchers for tickets etc

feedthegoat · 21/02/2009 22:57

You can redeem them for deal vouchers online. You can access it through tesco website. We've just used ours to pay for a holiday.

couture1 · 21/02/2009 23:06

I dont have the booklet, I usually tear out the vouchers and through the rest away. Thanks for the replys. Where have you booked your holiday for feedthegoat? thats brilliant!

Oh its very straightforward - just had a quick look, only problem now is what to use them on. What is the best value /offers? A holiday would be fab but not enough vouchers

I genrally swap them for restaurant vouchers, bella italia, cafe rouge, that sort of thing. You get 4x the amount, the only thing is you can't spend it on wine, only on food

Fimbo · 21/02/2009 23:16

We have been to Warwick Castle, Drayton Manor (well Thomasland!) and have just ordered tickets for Legoland. Saves a fortune!

Fimbo · 21/02/2009 23:18

Oh and I used them to buy an extra wii remote control, nunchuk and mario kart from Tesco.com (but for the same value not the 4 times value)

PuddingChops · 21/02/2009 23:36

I have just ordered some to go to London Zoo. Usually use them for stays in youth hostels.

Yurtgirl · 21/02/2009 23:39

I get three annual magazine subscriptions with mine! The Week, National Geographic and one other

feedthegoat · 22/02/2009 20:39

Don't get too excited couture1 - its a week in a caravan in Devon I am looking forward to it though. We haven't used all we'vr got either as going to a wedding in ROI next December and want to use them to pay for ferry. Enjoy spending yours - I think its much better than in store.

Ponders · 22/02/2009 20:44

You can save them for up to 2 years before trading them in for deals tokens couture1, & you don't have to pay for a whole holiday with them, just however much you've got.

Or you can think about all the other good deals.

(Tesco vouchers are far better value than Sainsburys even though you get double Nectar points. If you get a Tesco credit card & buy all your fuel from them it mounts up)

hobnob57 · 22/02/2009 20:49

we love our vouchers. we go for a 2-night stay in the hotel where we had our wedding reception every summer. The spa is out of this world

mynameis · 23/02/2009 11:53

Been saving mine since last August. Just got 4 tickets to Drayton Manor & £40 worth of Pizza Express vouchers. Very exciting although beginning to wonder if I spend waaayy too much In Tesco

VanillaPumpkin · 23/02/2009 13:53

Theresa · 01/03/2009 19:06

Over the years we'e used ours for theme parks (legoland, blackpool pleasure beach and tower, flamingoland) and have just used them to pay for 5 nights accomodation in a self catering apartment for 4 in an apartment near to disneyland paris at easter and am well chuffed! We have a tesco credit card and put everything on it, bill is usually about £700 - £1000 per month and also shop online at tesco using codes for extra points (see the tesco thread)
