i had a nightmare time with waitrose over my xmas delivery. on thursday i finally received the refund they promised me on the 23rd december, after having to contact them about half a dozen times. i was shocked at how dreadful their customer service was hadn't used them before, won't again.

Something very odd happened with Waitrose over Christmas, even the shops were getting just a fraction of their order.

making mistakes/missing items on the order is one thing, but sorting out a customer refund should be a straight forward procedure, but apparently they can't even manage that

mine went through fine, it's waitrosedeliver rather than ocado

Have just looked and I am getting Ocado mixed up with Waitrose, I thought they were the same site. Only Ocado deliver in my area.
