£20 quid for a laundry basket?????

I got a basket/ tub(with handles) for washing for £2 from tescos! sorry i was just shocked at 20quid for a basket. i cant talk i spent £68 on new digital camera and about £40 quid on other rubbish in and around my local town! i walked there and back tho!! oohh bargain of my week was 12 tins of dog food (butchers) for £3!!

UnfortunatelyMe · 06/01/2009 23:56

Oh very good idea.

Have been noticing myself just spending and not thinking, and that leads to bad places.

Today I have spent

£1.30 on parking.
£3.90 on snack for me and a friend.
£12 for a pair of jeans(justified as the school shoes I brought were 23 reduced to 10!)
£10 for a pair of school shoes.

Total £27.30 I think!

Today 37Euro in Tesco for lunch stuff, my dinner, and 2 tshirts and a jumper on sale.

pamelat · 07/01/2009 16:14

Today £1.90 cup of tea (meant that I was able to sit for 2 hours and make a mess somewhere other than home).

I haven't spent anything since Saturday, although dp has bought bread, milk and oranges. On Saturday I spent £5 on a silk blouse in the Urban Outfitters sale and £7.60 in Starbucks. I think I've been very good indeed!
