how quick is their delivery, will you get stuff online in time for xmas?

I really wouldn't trust their deliveries. Just got mine from the first sale day- 20th November!! Also. two weeks after my order they emailed me to say half the items were out of stock and they just cancelled them. Get to the shop if you can or you may be dissappointed.

from the most recent 20% off day I received my online order the following Wednesday so 6 days. Unlikely to be as fast closer to Christmas though

M and S have really pissed me orf this week.

M&S seriously p'd me off too! had to order and re-order 3 times then was told out of stock as well. worse than useless!

I wouldn't risk it online for Christmas.

My order from the first 20% off day came in dribs and drabs, 2-3 weeks after the order was placed. Most of the order was cancelled, some bits came damaged, and they forgot to put through the 20% discount (luckily I spotted that and called them).

i did my order online, all came in one go no problem at all (maybe a staff discount helps?

there isn't. some lines have 20% off, but there is no 20% off everything event.

They did e-mail me midweek to say due to the large volume of orders, it would be delayed.

I orederd in both the last 20% days. My stuff from the second time has not arrived yet and I also got the out of stock email. I then got a code for 20% off as compensation but I complained by email and they gave me 10pound off next order. I ordered this week and was unable to use both codes online, but I called them and managed to get both credited. I would not order now for Christmas - there is no way it will arrive in time.

My stuff from the second one came yesterday, quicker by a few days than the first one.

Not had stuff from the first sale. One box turned up with 2 broken glass bowls in, sent it back, not heard a thing yet.
