Woolworths sale tommorrow (top secret)

Woolworths will be having a up to half price sale on evrything (aparently) tommorrow. So if you need to buy plastic crap for christmas woolworths is the place to go tommorrow.

I was told I could get some bargains last week. Went in, still over priced crap and nothing reduced by more than 37p.

The 'sale' is to clear the stockrooms. Loads of stuff dirt cheap. I picked up a load of toys today, Spiderman, Batman etc etc for £1.

The sale is not on everything. It's just older stuff to clear old stock out of the stores.

And it will be advertised in store, all the pos came in today, so certainly not all hush hush!

DH told me about this today - they have 2.5 weeks to clear out all their stocks so will have silly price reductions.
DH has insider knowledge.

sale is definitely on - i passed the store near where i work at 6pm tonight & they were putting up 50% off posters in all doors & windows.

Thanks both, I was searching FT.com last night, that's one of the few sources I really trust, unfortunately don't seem to have received the cat though. I think I can get into my old email address (don't want to be giving my real name out!), it's [email protected]. Fio, feel free to email me too if you want. Certain things have happened in our store this week (and probably in most) that obviously I can't speak about on here, but it's so worrying especially as before I got this job I was out of work for 4 months and only had 2 interviews in all that time despite handing out over 200 cv's!

Well I'm off to work in a bit, lets see what carnage our lovely locals can cause!
