I think they're doing free delivery on £50 and over orders at the moment.

I put rose petal cottage in my basket and it said I dont qualify for free delivery, thought it was for orders of £100+

Yep, mine was definitely free for a £50 order only a week ago. The buggers must have dropped that one pretty sharpish.

I posted this on another thread but ELC emailed me this code: 2001304514956 for 20% off. Haven't used it myself but sure it works as haven't had problems in past with their emailed codes

the codes only work on full price stuff.

Have just used the vcodes08 it gives 10% off anything full priced.

The big number one doesn't work.

Barrel and over spring to mind especially when they cannot tell you what stock they are getting delivered each day into store.
