what atually is that? i might get it to put up till dd is older.

It's a games console. I have bought it for DS2 who is 2, he is a bit young but DS1 is getting a Nintendo DS so I thought this was the perfect equivalent for him. He wouldn't leave DS1 alone if he didn't get something similar!
