I couldn't see any £10 rooms left for Peebles - I may be being daft though.

do u think i can book a double room (£10) if there will be me, dh & ds1 (16mnths)? ds1 will be in a travel cot...dont see why i'd have to pay £30 for a family room???

Seems too good to be true...there has to be a catch!

Says a certain night will cost £10, but when you try to book, it comes up as £39.99!

I wanted the Reading one for my birthday at the end of January - but it comes up with no rooms available.

If you read some of the comments here www.hotukdeals.com/item/276505/showthread.php?t=276505 if you click on "other rates" the £10 rate is listed there (with lots of other much higher rates.)

It also sounds as if 2 kids can stay with you according to t&c (please don't hold me to this though!)

Wow - seemed too good to be true, but have booked a night for DH and I at the end of January.

i just booked a long weekend for dh, ds1 & myself at reading. seems to be one of the few with a swimming pool & is quite close to us. got the £10 rate fro fri & sat nights no problem. will be 4 months pg by then, so will be a lovely treat. i phoned to check & they said i can have ds1 in travel cot at no extra cost. bargain! thanks so much for this!!
