ELC money off code not working - help

Code is STARX8M but doesn't seem to work? Anyone else used this?

Are you trying to use it on something already on offer?

I have a different code emailed to me by ELC - it's 2001144757650.

its for the bosch toolbench which already has a free tool kit - do you think that's why?

or one that i used today and defo works, BCEW08.
has to be on full price stuff and nothing already buy-this-get-that-free style offers.

your code worked ITD but doesn't give me as much off - don't understand now, may email them as want the full £15 off, as I am spending £80!

I think things with offers might not let you use the code.

the BCEW08 also working but only for about 6.00 off - my non 3 for 2 paints are costing £3 but everything else is full price!

i bet they are classing the tool bench with free tools as an offer (which it is ) and not letting me use the voucher! meanies!

y'see if we weren't pre-programmed to go for all the bargains in the first place then we'd save a fortune on the full price stuff.

just as an update I got a reply from ELC and if the item is already reduced or a star buy then the voucher won't work
