Just used mine, was a great saving thanks. It was packed, wonder if everyone had the vouchers !

We used ours tonight, really good value and yes, it was very busy.

Just used our second one (like cat64) and I think it was the worst meal we have ever had as a family.

It was supposed to be a nice end to ds3's birthday treat to the zoo. We had pre-booked for 6pm but had to wait until 6.40pm to be seated. Every course took about 30 minutes to arrive, ds2 had to wait even longer for his main course so the rest of us had almost finished. Same thing happened with the desserts. The toilets were revolting and the restaurant was unbelievably hot. We got out just after 9.15pm, dd was crying with tiredness and dh has just gone to bed with a migraine.

It really took the shine off our day out and I will be complaining big time!

I've used 2.
1st was in a market town, lunch time on Saturday - unbelievable slow.
2nd was in an out-of-town shopping area at 5pm on a Monday evening, very quiet, 2 adults and 5 children (2x6y, 4yo, 2x2yo), service was very good and understanding of children and they took 50% off the whole bill rather than just the meals. So that one was fantastic.

We had a lovely waiter called Nathan - who must have been all of 10, but was very helpful and tolerant of the kids.

The one we went to today that was so awful was on a Colchester Retail Park. In fact, I'm starting to think that Newmarket Road is the only decent one!

we used to go to the city one for lunch buffets with work sometimes, but more recently have been to the lesiure park one. Someone was saying at school pick up that they had a horrendous experience last fri night, not sure which one.
