thanks just order a playhouse for £32 and a proper wooden sand pit for £25. Have been scouring ebay to get a playhouse cheap for months.

I'm glad you found it useful. I've ordered a TP forest wooden swing for £40 and a TP spiro hop seesaw for £40, both at half price.
