It seems kosher to me, I would snap the offer up. Make sure you pay by credit card and that there is a padlock sign.
It could be old colours, Nintendo have just brought out a load of new ones.

I called dh and he thinks I should go for it, but with a credit card (as suggested by Fimbo)

I had also read the money saving experts forum posts and so am still worried.

If you pay by credit card and there is definately a padlock sign you should be covered if anything goes wrong.

They do seem to insist on a date of birth - why would this be - the other information I can understand.

Maybe because the games have age certificates ?
Let us know if you get one and its all above board, would be tempted myself at that price !

Perhaps to make sure you are over 18? To make sure the card is not stolen?

Now, as far as i am aware, none of the reasons are valid (except perhaps the out of stock one)

I tried to order yesterday too and got the same message as Indignatio.

I wanted pink for my dd.

I think its because they will be out of stock.

i tried to order the ds lite i thought what a bargin how wrong was i.
i just got a phone call from my credit card supplier that someone was trying to take out £380 in a western union trasaction.
my cards are now cancelled and they wont be able to get any more money from me.
please post this message on all the fourms to warn other people about this site.
